GENERAL INFORMATION TO DEBTORS IN CHAPTER 13 BANKRUPTCY I am the Chapter 13 Trustee duly appointed to administer Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases filed by debtors in the Eastern District of Texas (Tyler, Marshall, Lufkin, and Beaumont Divisions). This tab includes basic information aimed at these debtors concerning how their cases will be administered by the Trustee’s office.
