The Trustee’s office will not provide a payoff amount of your plan base.  Debtors have a number of obligations to meet in order to complete their Chapter 13 plan, making all plan payments is only one of them.  Also there may be ramification of paying off your plan base early which may require legal advice to determine the effect of such on you.  The Chapter 13 Trustee and his staff are not allowed to provide legal advice to you.  Please note you may obtain plan payment receipt as well as plan disbursement information by following the instructions on the Trustee’s website, www.ch13tyler.com and “LOGIN”.  The data on the website is updated prior to the start of each business day and includes the “Base Amount” of your plan as well as the “Total Paid In”, which is the amount the Trustee has received, as well as the “Debtor Refunds” if any.  The plan base payoff can be determined from the information available on the website.  Payments received at the Trustee’s lockbox, P.O.Box 734 Tyler, TX  75710 are accounted for each day and will be viewable after the data is updated the next business day.

 

If you believe the information about your case available on our website is not accurate please contact us between 8am and 4pm on normal business days.  If you are questioning the receipt of your plan payment please be prepared to provide: the date the payment was mailed, the amount of the payment and the check number.
